I ate the rest of the camembert today (4 oz.) and experienced the same reactions as yesterday: bloating, cramps, heartburn and feeling flushed. So while, this reaction was not extreme (no hives or rashes and the flush subsided in about thirty minutes), it was unpleasant. I can safely say that casein (at least from cow’s milk cheese) is on the avoid list from now on.
I am debating trying goat or sheep cheese later during my reintroduction attempts, but that will depend on if my curiosity outweighs my desire to become vegan.

Feelings to Note
I felt irritable again today after lunch. If I am feeling better tomorrow when not eating cheese, then it is likely also a reaction to the casein.
I felt fatigued after lunch as well, which is odd since I got over 8 hours of sleep last night. I’m not sure if this is or isn’t a reaction to the cheese.
