Getting Back to Clean

I avoided all allergens and possible intolerant foods today. After tomorrow I can reintroduce soy.

 

Today’s Food

 

Calories: 2164
Fat: 41 g
Carbs: 408 g
Sugar: 193 g
Protein: 75 g

 

Breakfast: A green banana smoothie with two bananas, two leaves of kale, two scoops of SunWarrior Vanilla Protein Powder, 1.5 cups of unsweetened vanilla almond milk

 

Lunch: Italian Veggies with Rice (made with long-grain brown rice)

 

Snacks: Three apples and a salad with spinach, cucumbers, mushrooms, and avocado

 

Dinner: Four bananas and some watermelon

 

Feelings to Note

 

I was bloated and constipated today. I still cannot be sure if this was a result of the soy, gluten, or tomatoes I ate in the past two days. I also had a bad headache for most of the afternoon.

 

I was in a good mood today.

 

Exercise

 

45 minutes of intense cycling
