I felt great today. I had a mild headache this afternoon, but it dissipated after I had an apple. I was likely just hungry.

Breakfast: Two bananas and some watermelon
Lunch: Italian Veggies with Rice (made with long-grain brown rice)
Dinner: Cucumber, celery, and carrots with garlic and orginal hommus followed by celery with almond butter

Absolutely no digestive issues! It was awesome!
I was in a good mood today.
