Recovering from Soy Consumption

(Soy consumption sounds like a rare case of bean related TB…)
The soy did a number on my digestive system. Today I was bloated, had heartburn and had stomach cramps. Soy is officially not my friend. I even had to take Pepto Bismol to calm my system so that I could enjoy the evening. This was the first time I’ve taken any over-the-counter medication in the past two and a half months.
The medicine helped, but it did not completely solve the issues. I’m still feeling uncomfortable. But I was able to enjoy the haunted hayride and stable that my friend and I went to tonight. I love Halloween!

Lunch: Italian veggies with long-grain brown rice. Sauteed in coconut oil
Snacks: Three bananas and four peaches
Dinner: Mushrooms with Trader Joe’s Original Hummus
Feelings to Note
I had a large amount of digestive issues today that I am associating with eating soy.
Emotionally I had a good day. I got a lot done at work and I had a great time at the haunted house with my friend tonight.
