Ingredients for Tonight's Dinner of Mashed Cauliflower with Cheddar Cheese
I tried “normal” cheese today by eating sharp cheddar instead of camembert. My face became a bit warm after eating the cheddar with mashed cauliflower. I also felt a bit bloated. However, since the cheese was eaten for dinner, I will have to pay attention in the morning to see if there are other symptoms. I will try the cheddar again tomorrow to see if I have the same, or worse, symptoms.

After eating the eggs and green pepper this weekend, combined with eating a bunch of nuts (pecans and walnuts are so good) I decided to have a liquid breakfast to help calm my system down and get back to base conditions. It was a good day with no digestive issues.
Look for an upcoming post on the dangers of polyunsaturated fatty acids.
