Ingredients for Tonight's Dinner of Mashed Cauliflower with Cheddar Cheese

 

I tried “normal” cheese today by eating sharp cheddar instead of camembert. My face became a bit warm after eating the cheddar with mashed cauliflower. I also felt a bit bloated. However, since the cheese was eaten for dinner, I will have to pay attention in the morning to see if there are other symptoms. I will try the cheddar again tomorrow to see if I have the same, or worse, symptoms.

Protein: 65 g

 

Breakfast: Watermelon

 

Lunch: Curried veggies – yellow squash, portobello mushroom, zucchini, celery and broccoli sauteed in coconut oil and coconut milk with curry powder, cumin, and coriander

 

Cheesy Mashed Cauliflower with Dill

Dinner: Mashed cauliflower with dill, garlic, and cheddar cheese and two Asian pears

 

Snacks: Watermelon, four bananas and three Asian pears

 

Feelings to Note

 

Slightly warm face after eating cheese at dinner. This was accompanied by bloating and general stomach discomfort.

 

I was in a good mood today, but I was exhausted. I plan to go to bed earlier tonight.

 

Exercise

 

None. I worked on my Halloween costume tonight. There is a party on Friday!
