More Cheese

I didn’t feel well at all today. I had cramps all day and felt bloated. I couldn’t even make it to work out, the pain was so bad. I tried cheese again today for dinner. I didn’t notice any warmth after eating it, but if today’s stomach issues are any indication, cheese is not for me. Tomorrow I’ll have more information about the effects.

 

Today’s Food

Breakfast: Two bananas and four red pears

 

Lunch: Steamed veggies (yellow squash, zucchini, portobello mushrooms, carrots, and celery) with basil and garlic over long-grain brown rice

 

Dinner: Four apples with organic cheddar cheese and carrots with hummus

 

Snacks: Two bananas and a salad with spinach, mushrooms and celery

 

Feelings to Note

 

I felt like crap today. I had really bad cramps today.

 

Exercise

 

None. I didn’t feel well so I went home and napped instead.
