Happy Halloween!

It’s odd how little the actual day of Halloween means when trick-or-treating occurs on a different day than actual Halloween. Around here, trick-or-treating is scheduled based on the part of town you live in. I guess it wouldn’t matter if I were a kid as I would still be getting candy, but it does make the holiday a bit less exciting seeing as I didn’t get to give out candy (no one came to my house last Thursday either).
It did kind of feel like Halloween today, however. I went to the grocery store tonight and there was fog everywhere. It was a bit spooky, and quite fitting for Halloween.
